restorecon is provided by policycoreutils package:
# rpm -qf /sbin/restorecon policycoreutils-1.33.12-14.2.el5
So – if we add this package to the template packages list:
# vi /vz/template/centos/4/x86/config/os/default/packages sudo unzip utempter wget which tar policycoreutils vzdummy-kernel-ce4 vzdev vzdummy-glibc
It will be installed before samba-common during the cache creation -> script would not fail:
